Descripción
Support small-business owners applying for loans via chat, email and phone. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and work closely with our underwriting team. Training provided. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern.
Requisitos
- 1+ years in customer support
- Fluent English (C1) spoken and written
- Empathy, patience and attention to detail
- Experience with Zendesk or Intercom is a plus
