Data Engineer – Snowflake & dbt

DataCrest is hiring a Data Engineer to build and maintain the pipelines that power analytics for 200+ retail customers. You will work with Snowflake, dbt and Airflow, and partner with our analytics engineers to model data cleanly.

Responsibilities:

• Build reliable ELT pipelines ingesting data from POS systems, Shopify, and ERPs
• Own our dbt project: models, tests and documentation
• Optimize Snowflake warehouse cost and performance
• Implement data quality monitoring

• 3+ years in data engineering
• Expert SQL; solid Python
• Hands-on experience with dbt and a cloud warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift)
• Experience with Airflow or similar orchestrator
• English B1+ (most communication is written)
