Senior Full Stack Engineer (React + Node.js)

BrightPath is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Scheduling team. You will own features end-to-end: from database schema and API design through to polished React UIs used daily by thousands of technicians.

What you will do:

• Design and build new scheduling and dispatch features in React, TypeScript and Node.js
• Work closely with product and design in a small, autonomous squad
• Improve performance and reliability of our PostgreSQL-backed APIs
• Mentor mid-level engineers and participate in code reviews

We are a remote-first company. Our team works US Central hours and we have been hiring in Colombia since 2021.

• 5+ years of professional experience building web applications
• Strong React and TypeScript skills
• Experience with Node.js APIs and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Comfortable with AWS and Docker
• Conversational English (B2) for daily stand-ups and written communication
